Frédéric Commandeur, Executive VP, CFO
Frédéric Commandeur manages all the finance teams throughout Arkadin since 2003. He also conducts the funding activities, as well as business development and M&A projects.
Prior to Arkadin, Mr. Commandeur was founder and CEO of "CFO Consulting", specializing in outsourced CFO services for fast-growing companies, and has been providing such services to Arkadin prior to joining as permanent CFO in 2006.
Mr. Commandeur has 20 years of experience as a finance executive of public and private information technology companies. Mr. Commandeur led wide array of financial transactions such as IPO, LBO, Venture Capital fund raising, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Frédéric Commandeur is a graduate of HEC business school and is a Certified Public Accountant.
